Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and drive end-to-end project delivery for a leading organization in the financial services sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, can manage multiple stakeholders, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources
• Lead requirements gathering, system/application development coordination, and testing activities
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business units, IT, and external partners
• Ensure adherence to established project management policies, standards, and procedures
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of solid project management experience
• Background in banking, financial services, or related industries is highly preferred
• Proven experience managing system or application development projects
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
