JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of organizational data, reports, and operational processes. The role conducts scheduled and random audits, validates reports, dashboards, datasets, and other deliverables prior to release, and identifies data quality issues across systems and spreadsheets.

The Quality Assurance Specialist collaborates with various departments to investigate discrepancies, maintain workflow documentation, recommend corrective actions, prepare audit reports, monitor issue resolution, and support continuous process improvement through quality assurance and validation activities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
- Willing to conduct field audits and travel to company branches or operational sites when necessary.
