Position: HR / ADMIN OFFICER

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, Admin, or related roles (experience in a growing SME or family business is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of labor laws, DOLE compliance, and government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Job Summary:

As the HR/Admin Officer at LJR Ventures Inc., you will manage and oversee human resource functions and provide administrative support across the organization. Your role is vital in ensuring compliance with labor standards, maintaining smooth employee relations, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to balance both HR and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and facilitate government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, and timekeeping systems.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
  • Support employee relations, addressing staff concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as procurement, office supplies management, and coordination with service providers.
  • Draft and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
