JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision of the Unit Head of the Administrative Unit of Administrative Service-Office of the Director (AS-OD), performs technical functions on assigned representations, follows detailed and procedures; with limited latitude for the exercise of independent judgement, performs simple but responsible sub-professional or professional work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Draft/prepare communications such as letter, correspondence, memoranda, feedback report, documentation report;
- Act as the designated Records Management Officer of AS-OD;
- Maintain files and records related to Administrative-Personnel Selection Committee (AS-PSC) documents;
- Custodian of 201 files of all AS personnel;
- Act as the Designated Property Officer of AS-OD;
- Act as one of the AS-PSC Secretariat responsible for the following task:
- Shortlisting of applicants;
- Preparation of Interview Summary Matrix;
- Preparation of Comparative Matrix;
- Background Check
- Act as Alternate Performance Management System Focal, responsible for the review of IPCRF and CCEF of AS personnel;
- Act as Alternate ARTU focal;
- Act as one of the AS PRAISE Secretariat; and
- Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.
