Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary

He is also responsible in warehouse/stock custodian with regards to people management.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Practical application of logistics and delivery control.
• Responsible for issued documentation such as Sales Invoice that may be required during delivery.
• Responsible for supervising in loading items and shall check with warehouse personnel the availability of the items versus the documentation issued. The sales invoice should detail the items and loading requirements.
• Coordinate appropriate delivery schedules of 3rd party logistic.
• Coordinate with other commissaries the schedule of stock transfers, and deliveries to proper commissaries.
• Coordinate with franchisees , outlet in charge, Company Area Supervisor, and Franchise Area Supervisor any logistics and distribution concerns.
• Coordinate with Marketing Department distribution of marketing collaterals and other materials/equipment for franchise or store operations.

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the storage procedure of the company by performing duties that range from the complicated storage logistics to keeping an eye on the warehouse workers, scheduling shifts and ensuring the staff members are adequately trained.
• Responsible for implementing and/or utilizing all the policies and procedures of the company that are involved in warehousing and also ensuring that the warehouse operations are running smoothly.
• Responsible for warehouse pest control, handling damaged goods and implementing safety policies in management of human resources and overseeing customer complaints and return.

• Supervises processing of orders
• Supervises in organizing the dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Supervises in ensuring goods are stored safely.
• Keeping staff fully trained.
• Maintaining health and safety standards are in place and compliant.
• Keeping accurate records of all documentations.
• Managing timekeeping and payroll of all Warehouse and staff (Direct and Agency)
• Maintain and secure petty cash for tolls and parking; Request Purchase Order for gasoline of authorized company vehicle and other delivery vehicles (VDU 841) and company vehicle CRV & Petty cash for Commissary, and Admin.
• Prepare and compile reports as needed.
• Perform other tasks as required by the Manager.

• Graduate of Business Administration, Economics, or related course
• 2-3 years of related experience
• Excellent organization skills and ability to work well with little supervision
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and online database management
• Food handling experience is an advantage
• Has supervisorial experience in the warehouse and logistics field.
