POSITION: BAKING ASSISTANT / BAKING COACH (Service Crew)

The Baking Assistant / Baking Coach is responsible for assisting clients or customers in baking and decorating cakes and pastries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• FOH Staff
• Ensure the clients or customers will be given all their needs during their baking session.
• Provide accurate information about the baking tools, ingredients and baking procedure to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide solution and feedback if problems occur during the baking session
• Provide baking tips to the clients
• Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.

Qualifications:

• College Level or Certificate Course related to Food or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in baking, baking assistant, customer service, service crew, or related work experience in the food industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions given by bakers.
• Good to Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Amenable to work 6 days a week with 1 day off
• Amenable to work in a shifting schedule (Morning / Mid / Night Shift)

NOTE: Successful applicant will undergo paid training to familiarize the position.
