About the role

As part of our Sales - Outbound team, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads through effective telephone outreach. This is a full-time role based in our Cebu City office, offering excellent opportunities for career growth and development.
What you'll be doing- Contacting potential customers by phone to build relationships and schedule appointments
- Identifying customer needs and pain points, and proposing tailored solutions
- Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
- Proactively seeking feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and techniques
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a call centre or outbound sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- A driven and competitive mindset, with a passion for achieving sales targets
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
