Position Title : Appointment Setter (B2B)
Report to : Team Leader

Department : Operations

Onsite | IT Park, Cebu City

Full Time (Shifting Schedule)

An Appointment Setters provide support to a company’s sales team by calling prospective clients and schedules appointments. Provide genera customer and administrative support. They’re responsible in contacting leads to generate appointments.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Familiarizing yourself with the essential details of our products and services
Calling prospective clients using a list of phone number provided to you
Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise
Fielding Basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer
Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative
Keeping a detailed log calls, including those which were not answered
Attempting to contact perspective clients who you been unable to contact
Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing

REQUIRED SKILLS

Must have atleast 6 months appointment setting and lead generation experience
2 years experience B2B is preferred
Willing to work onsite and shifting schedule
