RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Qualification & Opportunity Management- Review and assess incoming dealer requests for completeness and viability.
- Conduct virtual meetings with dealers/customers for larger projects to understand the scope and clarify requirements.
- Gather missing information and ensure all necessary details are available for an accurate proposal.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, interactions, and opportunity progress in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare drawings and proposals.
- Review and verify all proposal documents before submission.
- Ensure all supporting documents are accurate and complete.
- Manage turnaround time expectations of our dealers and reps.
- Liaison with internal/external Sales Reps on strategic project discounting as needed.
- Provide pricing directly to dealers for smaller projects that do not require a full design.
- Assist dealers in understanding Workspace48’s pricing structure and options.
- Ensure pricing and product details align with dealer requirements and project budgets.
- Submit finalized proposals to dealers and answer any follow-up questions.
- Track proposal statuses and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Proactively follow up on submitted proposals to maximize the close rate.
- Participate in sales meetings and product training sessions to stay informed
- Educate customers on our products and services, providing direction and guidance for best possible furniture solutions.
- Demonstrate a culture of fun, respect, support, empowerment, encouragement, passion with all our staff, partners and clients.
- Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted to best suit corporate strategy and goals, as required.
- Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in the office furniture industry, is a significant advantage.
