We are seeking a candidate to fill a position to service our Australian clients for the position of Mid-Level Bookkeeper / Accounting Staff for a bookkeeping / accounting role.

Successful candidate will need to attend to the office from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. No work from home set up.

Candidate will be fully trained by our experienced Team Leaders but existing experience would be preferable.

Successful candidates will be fully trained in the following areas:

Xero Accounting Software
QuickBooks
MYOB

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Bank Transaction Reconciliation
Payables and Receivables Reconciliation
Quarterly Tax Reconciliation
Preparation of Annual Financial Statements and Tax Returns
