Assistant Sales Director

Job Description:

• Achieve and consistently deliver sales targets as set by the company.
• Set individual and team sales targets for agents in accordance with company guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor, evaluate, and manage the performance of the sales team to ensure productivity and goal attainment.
• Compile, analyze, and report sales figures, trends, and performance metrics.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key and major customer accounts.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market research to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and market activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
• Must have excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team.
• Excellen communication and people skills.
• Background in real estate, direct selling, or pre-need institutions is preferred.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel from time to time when necessary.
• Applicants must be based in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija.
