Sales and Outreach Virtual Assistant

The ideal candidate is a confident and persuasive communicator with a proven ability to turn consistent outreach into real and repeatable revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify high-value brand partners across the hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and consumer product industries
• Conduct targeted outreach to brands via email and direct messaging to pitch paid collaboration opportunities
• Present the creator's media kit, UGC portfolio, and platform performance metrics to prospective partners
• Design and execute sales strategies specifically aimed at converting free product or accommodation offers into paid brand deals
• Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation on behalf of the content creator
• Build and actively manage a structured pipeline of brand prospects, tracking all outreach and deal status in real time
• Coordinate logistics for in-person and location-based brand collaborations within the Philippines
• Identify and actively pursue remote brand partnership opportunities with global product and lifestyle companies
• Deliver regular updates and comprehensive reports on outreach activity, deal pipeline progress, and closed partnerships
• Stay informed on influencer marketing trends, competitive rate benchmarks, and evolving industry best practices

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or brand partnership outreach with documented results
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, brand collaboration structures, and sponsored content arrangements
• Confident negotiation skills with a clear track record of closing paid partnership deals
• Ability to craft compelling, tailored pitches suited to different brand verticals and audiences
• Familiarity with major social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Confident and polished written and verbal communication skills in English
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills to handle multiple active prospects and deals simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• Direct experience managing brand partnerships or influencer campaigns in the travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
• Familiarity with media kits, creator rate cards, and UGC portfolio presentation
• Prior experience working alongside content creators or influencers in a managerial or assistant capacity
• Working knowledge of the Philippines travel and hospitality landscape and key local brand partners
• Experience using CRM tools or structured outreach tracking systems to manage and report on deal pipelines
• Understanding of content performance metrics and how to incorporate analytics strategically into sales pitches
