Job Title: Visa Consultant
Job Description:
The Visa Consultant will be responsible for assisting foreign nationals residing in the Philippines with visa applications, legal agreements, and government-related documents. This role requires expertise in immigration laws, document verification, and language translation to ensure accurate communication and proper compliance.The consultant will work closely with clients to navigate complex immigration processes and liaise with government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visa consultancy services to assist foreign nationals in understanding legal agreements, contracts, and visa applications.
- Guide clients through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with Philippine immigration laws and DOLE regulations.
- Overcome language barriers by providing accurate translations and explanations of government-related documents.
- Coordinate with government agencies, embassies, and other institutions to facilitate visa processing.
- Conduct case assessments and recommend appropriate visa solutions for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of visa applications, approvals, and other related documents.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration policies and provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:- Education: Must have studied a course related to Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or any relevant field.
- Experience: Demonstrated leadership skills in visa consulting, immigration services, or legal advisory work.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in a foreign language is required to assist clients in their native language and ensure clear communication.
- Expertise in visa processing and immigration compliance.
- Knowledge of DOLE and POEA regulations.
- Foreign language proficiency (specific to target clientele).
- Legal document interpretation and translation.
- Strong customer service and client management skills.
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
