Job Description

1. Store Operations: Oversee daily activities, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the showroom is organized and welcoming.
2. Staff Leadership: Assist in pre-screening candidates, scheduling shifts, training junior associates, and delivering performance reviews.
3. Customer Service: Address escalated customer complaints, foster brand loyalty, and guarantee exceptional shopping experiences.
4. Sales & Performance: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), evaluate financial statements, and execute strategies to hit monthly sales targets.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, handle stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent out-of-stocks.

• Bachelor’s degree related to Business Administration, Management, Finance and Economics
• Fresh graduates or young professionals with 0-2 years of professional experience
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and take initiative
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presentations and reporting
• Basic proficiency in productivity software (e.g., MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
• Willingness to undertake challenging rotational assignments across different branches
• High energy, a positive attitude, and an appetite for learning
• Flexibility for travel or occasional overtime, depending on the business requirements
