Senior Manager - SAP HANA Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior SAP BTP Developer to design, build, and enhance custom software and automation solutions across SAP and non‑SAP environments. This role focuses on delivering scalable, high‑performing solutions using modern frameworks, low‑code/no‑code platforms, and agile practices, tailored to specific business needs.

You will act as a technical leader, ensuring the SAP BTP platform is effectively used to meet organizational automation and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems and applications using modern frameworks and agile delivery practices.
• Build, compile, and deploy custom Joule Skills tailored to business requirements.
• Use SAP Joule Studio to design and manage custom AI Agents that automate workflows across SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Leverage Joule Studio’s AI‑driven capabilities to support code generation, optimization, and full‑stack development, improving developer productivity.

• Assign and manage role collections within SAP BTP subaccounts to control permissions, authorizations, and process configurations for SAP Build Process Automation.
• Configure SAP BTP environments including subaccounts, entitlements, and subscriptions to support automation use cases.
• Ensure secure and compliant execution of automation solutions across platforms.

• Enable cross‑system automation by connecting Joule Skills and workflows to SAP and non‑SAP systems using APIs and OData.
• Configure destinations and action projects to support end‑to‑end automation scenarios across multiple systems.

• Strong proficiency in SAP Build Process Automation, including Skill Builder and Agent Builder.
• Experience creating, testing, and deploying Joule Skills and AI Agents using SAP Joule Studio.
• Hands‑on experience with low‑code / no‑code development, including drag‑and‑drop workflow design, rules‑based logic, and event‑driven automation.
• Familiarity with AI and cognitive automation concepts, including defining agent goals using natural language and grounding agents with business data and SAP knowledge sources.
• Strong integration skills using APIs, OData, and SAP BTP connectivity mechanisms.
• Solid understanding of SAP Cloud Identity Services, authentication, authorization, provisioning, data privacy, execution visibility, and compliance controls.
• Experience working with SAP BTP environments, including Cloud Foundry, entitlements, and subscription models (BTP EA, CPEA, PAYG).

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (strict requirement).
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise‑grade automation and platform‑based solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, delivery‑driven environments with high accountability.
