Job Description:

- Ensures strong CRM/Salesforce usage, data accuracy, and pipeline tracking
- Leads daily coaching, training, and sales certification programs
- Oversees onboarding, performance management, and accountability
- Supports market expansion and territory planning
- Success is measured by team performance, pipeline health, CRM compliance, and overall revenue, not personal sales
ROLE 2: Business Development Manager
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B sales/account management
- Experience with large institutions (e.g., hospitals, hotels, government, corporate)
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with tenders and enterprise sales cycles
- Knowledge of logistics/leasing/maintenance contracts
- Background or strong knowledge in gym equipment and fitness industry preferred
- Strong English communication skills
Job Description:
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and drive market growth strategies
- Execute sales plans for high-value institutional clients and meet/exceed targets
- Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Handle full sales cycle: lead generation, RFPs/tenders, negotiation, and contract management
- Develop and submit tender proposals ensuring compliance
- Apply logistics, leasing, and maintenance contract knowledge to tailor solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, business, and after-sales teams for delivery and training
- Track pipeline, KPIs, market insights, and competitive intelligence
