Job summary:

• Expected salary: ₱22,000 per month

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Makati City location.

• Oversee the daily operations of the arcade, ensuring that all gaming machines and areas are clean, functional, and well-maintained.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet financial targets
• Monitor inventory levels of prizes, merchandise, and supplies, and manage procurement accordingly.
• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate ongoing staff development and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Prepare reports on business performance, including sales trends, customer feedback, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to implement marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a management role in retail, hospitality, or arcade gaming management is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of retail management software
• Basic technical skills to troubleshoot gaming machines and systems.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving financial targets

• Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as arcades often have varying hours.
