About the role
Join our team as a Senior HR Manager in our Quezon City office. In this full-time role, you will play a key strategic role in shaping the HR function and driving the people agenda for the business. You will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and partnering closely with the executive leadership to ensure the company's workforce is engaged, developed and aligned with the overall business objectives.
What you'll be doing- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes to support the organisation's goals
- Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services
- Partner with business leaders to understand their people challenges and collaborate on tailored solutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Foster a positive, inclusive and engaging employee experience
- 8+ years of progressive HR management experience, preferably from a labor intensive workforce such as manufacturing and fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proficient in HR best practices, employment law and HR technology
- Tertiary degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
