Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure excellent customer service within the assigned category
• Drive category sales performance and meet sales targets
• Enforce WalterMart operational standards and guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper sanitation in the category area
• Apply the First to Expire, First Out (FEFO) method in product handling
• Manage and resolve bad orders efficiently
• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of marketing promotions
• Regularly update and maintain shelf pricing and tags
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy for assigned category
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate sales staff and merchandisers to ensure optimal performance
