MANDARIN SITE SUPERVISOR

Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and safety standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with technical specifications.

Address and resolve on-site issues or delays in coordination with the Project Manager.

Maintain daily site logs and prepare regular reports on progress, incidents, and resource usage.

Ensure workers follow safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and report unsafe conditions or incidents.

Support the implementation of project schedules and recommend adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements

Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and Basic English

Strong knowledge of construction methods, project drawings, and health & safety standards.

Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate workers.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Familiarity with construction management tools and reporting software.
