Employment Type: Full-Time

The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in electromechanical systems and experience in supervising plant operations, especially in ammonia refrigeration systems.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related course
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or plant operations
• Proficient in electromechanical works, machine repair, and industrial motor control
• Knowledgeable in Ammonia Refrigeration System operation
• Strong leadership and planning skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily plant operations
• Delegate and assign work tasks to plant personnel
• Monitor production processes and enforce operational standards
• Prepare and manage work schedules and shift coverage
• Ensure timely and proper implementation of the preventive maintenance schedule
• Operate and attend to the Ammonia Refrigeration System
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions
