We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in our growth. You'll be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, exceeding sales targets, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales proces

• Become a Customer Hero: Understand customer needs deeply and provide tailored solutions that go beyond expectations. Proactively address inquiries and concerns, ensuring a smooth experience for every customer.
• Grow Your Pipeline & Close Deals: Identify and qualify potential clients, building strong relationships that convert into sales. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Master negotiation skills to effectively close deals and drive revenue.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Leverage market insights to refine your sales approach and identify new business opportunities.
• Data-Driven Performance: Prepare insightful sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement and growth through data analysis.

• A bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in the courier industry, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• In-depth knowledge of JRS Express's offerings and current industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and reports.
• A passion for exceeding customer expectations and a proven track record of success in sales.
• A willingness to work in Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
