To manage/oversee the implementation of appropriate sales/marketing strategies to attain volume/revenue/profit objectives.Spearhead the preparation and review of volume/revenue/profit budgets for area of responsibility – Japanese Accounts. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and prepares monthly performance reports.Represents KWEPH as Product Head and attends quarterly meetings in SEHQ. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
The position requires a Bachelors Degree, at least 10 years experience working with a Japanese Freight Forwarding company in the same capacity, has a min. of 5 years working experience in operations, have worked in Japan for at least 5 years, has excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills both in Japanese and English.
