About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art warehouse facility, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management, logistics, and distribution. This full-time position is pivotal in supporting the company's growth and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse personnel, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all inventory transactions and maintaining detailed records
• Implementing and enforcing warehouse safety protocols and procedures to provide a safe working environment
• Monitoring stock levels, identifying and resolving any discrepancies, and collaborating with the procurement team to maintain optimal inventory
• Analyzing warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient processes to enhance productivity
• Providing training and guidance to warehouse team members to develop their skills and foster a positive, collaborative work environment
• Liaising with cross-functional teams, such as sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and distribution best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
