Customer Support Qualifications:- HS/SHS Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Good communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- At least 2 years in college, Associate, or College Graduate
- Background in IT or related field is an advantage
- Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting preferred
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 86% accuracy
- B1 English proficiency preferred
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Up to ₱18,500 for Customer Support roles
- Up to ₱28,000 for Technical Support roles
