Logistics Assistant – Air Freight (Reliever) Open for Fresh Graduate - Pasay

1. Booking Management – Monitor and retrieve export bookings initiated by CCL with KN Airflow.
2. Truck Booking – Arrange and submit truck bookings with the assigned trucking provider in line with CCL’s instructions.
3. Trucker Gate Pass Processing – Submit shipment information through the Pairpags trucking system to secure the required gate pass.
4. Document Archive – Complete the electronic filing of the TRM and Export Declaration through the Salog system.

1. Shipment Monitoring – Track shipment arrivals and coordinate with airline carriers and terminal operators, including confirmation of partial arrivals when applicable.
2. Documentation Support – Prepare required letters, including drafts for shipment amendments and lifting of abandonment.
3. Document Handover – Provide support in handing over shipping documents to the customs broker.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Experience and knowledge in Logistics/Freight Operations
• With Air Import & Export background
• Must have good time management skills
• Keen to details
• Able communicate effectively (verbal and written)
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay City (Four E-Com)
