About the Role

As an Accounting Associate, you will be trained in Swiss accounting, tax, and financial reporting. You will support our Swiss SME clients and work closely with our experienced accounting team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Recording invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial transactions
• Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Computing prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, deferred income, and accrued income
• Calculating depreciation and amortization
• Preparing and posting adjusting journal entries
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
• Supporting VAT and income tax computations
• Performing general accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Working directly with Accounting Supervisors and senior team members
• Learning Swiss accounting standards, tax processes, and digital accounting workflows

You will receive structured training and continuous guidance. We do not expect you to know Swiss accounting yet — but we do expect you to be intelligent, hardworking, precise, and eager to learn.

Who We Are Looking For

We are especially looking for candidates who match the following profile:

• Fresh graduate or early-career professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• Graduated with strong academic performance; consistent President’s Lister, cum laude, magna cum laude, or equivalent academic distinction is a strong advantage
• Strong foundation in accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and professional
• Strong willingness to learn, improve, and accept feedback
• Long-term mindset — someone who wants to grow with the company over the years
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Strong written English communication skills
• Able to work independently in a work-from-home setup
• Based in Metro Manila or nearby provinces
• Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine time
• Stable internet connection of at least 15 Mbps

Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook is an advantage, but not required for exceptional fresh graduates.
