Greetings! We are hiring for Advantage Concrete Industries Corp. (Calatagan Plant)
Advantage Concrete Industries Corp. is a new cement manufacturing company with its head office in Metro Manila and with a plant situated in Brgy. Talibayog, Calatagan, Batangas.
Position: Human Resources Assistant
Who you are:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, and other related courses.
- Preferably with at least 6 months or more of experience (esp. in employee relations and employee engagement).
- Must have excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Must be amenable to working in our plant located in Brgy. Talibayog, Calatagan, Batangas.
Key Responsibilities:
- To handle employee relations and employee engagement activities.
- To assist in the strict implementation of company rules and regulations.
- To assist in the design and implementation of the learning and development plan for employees.
- To assist in labor and employee relations programs.
- To assist in organization and manpower planning activities.
- To assist in other administrative concerns.
- To act as the 201 files custodian for the rank-and-file employees.
- Performs other duties related to the job assigned, depending on the qualifications, capability, education, and training.
