Product Specialist and Marketing Asst. for Electrical & Lighting Products

Job Summary:

As a Product Specialist and Marketing Assistant., you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our products and understand the industry and customer needs that will be pivotal to the success of product launches and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help strengthen & develop company's product sales by and training company sales personnel and staff on basic electrical knowledge for them to be able to confidently discuss and sell products related to electricity;
• Provide technical support to clients and resolve issues;
• Planning and executing trade promotions and digital campaigns;
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and tracks product performance metrics;
• Do content creation. Prepare marketing materials for digital marketing campaigns, updates social media accounts, and manage trade-related communications;
• Help prepare product specifications for product labelling, user guides, and technical manuals;
• Help conduct product launching / demo seminars when needed;
• Make product recommendations to improve quality & competitiveness of company products
• Help in producing content videos and ads to promote brand and products on social media

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering or any related course / Master Electrician, as long as with expertise / knowledge in electrical / lighting products, hardware items.
• Can do product seminars (a plus if willing to travel within the country occasionally when needed).
• Plus: if can do a bit of script-writing for content creation to promote products and knowledge of digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work closely with staff from different branches to support smooth operational flow of the companies
• Preferred residents of San Nicolas, Sta. Cruz, Binondo, Tondo or nearby areas.
• Proficient in in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google (sheets, docs, etc.) applications.
• Responsible, honest, self-motivated, results-oriented, responsible, with good work ethics, strong sense of morals, a positive work attitude and works independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to work in an on-site casual office setup from Mon-Sat 8am-5pm.
