We're Hiring: Area Sales Manager (Cebu & Manila)

About the Role

As an Area Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of Sales Managers, drive revenue growth, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to achieve and exceed business targets while maintaining high standards of sales performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Grow ZUZU Hospitality's client portfolio across the Philippine market

Lead and manage the sales team through the implementation of ZUZU's sales processes

Conduct weekly and monthly sales reviews using company-provided data and reports

Drive achievement of team sales targets and business objectives

Coach and guide team members in:

  • Proposal creation
  • Sales pitch enhancement
  • Objection handling
  • Negotiation techniques

Conduct regular training sessions, including shadow meetings and field coaching

Set and monitor individual weekly performance targets

Maintain accurate CRM database management

Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales administration processes

Conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans as necessary

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, team management, or area management roles
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience in hospitality, technology, SaaS, or related industries is an advantage
