Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Digital Media, Multimedia Arts, Communication, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in website management, e-commerce, or digital marketing (offshore experience preferred)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and CMS platforms
- Experience in content updates using CMS or legacy systems
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and website optimization
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles
- Strong communication and customer engagement (offshore experience preferred)
- Excellent organization and time management in remote/global setups
- Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and brand consistency
- Problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement focus
- Strong collaboration across cross-functional and offshore teams
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Implement and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility, traffic, and search engine rankings.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to develop engaging content, promotional campaigns, and high-converting landing pages.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Enhance website user experience through improvements in navigation, usability, accessibility, and overall functionality.
- Manage website updates and e-commerce initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels, website content, and marketing materials.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback across online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
