E-Commerce Manager

Role Objective:

The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for driving online sales growth and managing end-to-end ecommerce operations across all digital platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, website). You will oversee platform performance, optimize customer experience, and ensure seamless execution of online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ecommerce Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, website)
• Ensure product listings are accurate, updated, and optimized
• Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics teams

1. Sales & Performance Management

• Track and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and KPIs
• Develop strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

1. Campaign & Promotion Execution

• Plan and execute online campaigns (e.g., double-digit sales, flash deals)
• Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, ads, and content
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data

1. Inventory & Demand Planning

• Monitor stock levels to avoid Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations
• Coordinate with supply chain team for demand forecasting and replenishment

1. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare performance reports and dashboards for management
• Use data insights to recommend strategies and improvements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online sales
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada), MS Excel; experience with analytics tools is a plus
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of online consumer behavior and digital sales strategies
• Attributes: Results-driven, analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
