The Role
We are looking for a LinkedIn Recruitment & Outreach Specialist to:
- Build curated candidate lists within the Commercial Property Legal space
- Manage LinkedIn InMail campaigns and track responses
- Conduct Boolean and advanced search strings on LinkedIn Recruiter & Sales Navigator
- Carry out deep company and market research in the legal sector globally
- Professionally and empathetically reach out to candidates
- Track, update, and report on daily/weekly metrics using Google Docs
- Schedule qualified leads into strategy calls using our online tool
You MUST Have
✅ LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator experience✅ Proven experience in candidate sourcing, research, and outreach
✅ Experience crafting Boolean searches
✅ Excellent written English and grammar
✅ High attention to detail
✅ Strong organisational and follow-up skills
✅ Comfort in following and refining structured processes
✅ A high level of professionalism and empathy in online communication
✅ Availability weekdays between 9-6pm BST (UK)
Nice to Have- Background in recruitment, customer service, project management, or online chat support
- Experience working remotely across time zones
- Understanding of the Commercial Property Legal market (or willingness to learn)
- Responding to LinkedIn leads and messages in a timely, professional manner
- Following a pre-defined qualification script to assess fit
- Maintaining detailed tracking of interactions and progress
- Reporting performance and metrics through Google Sheets
- Booking qualified candidates into consultations using an online scheduler
- You enjoy repetition, following a process, and completing tasks
- You’re known for your reliability—not just showing up, but delivering consistently
- You know when to ask for help and when to use common sense to decide
- You're logical, not emotional, when it comes to work feedback and decisions
- You work well solo but aren’t afraid to take responsibility
- You love lists, systems, and getting better at what you do
- You take pride in your communication style, online and in writing
