ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for accurate processing and managing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, maintaining financial records, and reconciling accounts in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience with invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment preparation is an advantage.
