Job Summary: The Manager, Global Talent Acquisition will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality candidates to support the organizations and its clients’ hiring needs.
This position will collaborate with other departments, manage recruitment processes, and maintain relationships with hiring managers. This position will lead a global Talent Acquisition team who will support the end-to-end recruitment process.

Additionally, this position is expected to drive and implement proactive candidate screening and hiring strategies to hire top talent globally.

Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Manila)
What does a day in the life of a Global Talent Acquisition Manager Look Like?- Develop, implement and monitor an end-to-end recruitment strategy to endorse qualified candidates for open positions
- Lead a team of Talent Acquisition team members by providing coaching, mentoring and professional development opportunities including performance reviews for all
- Ensure the Talent Acquisition team is leveraging the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate data, streamline the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Develop, implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to time-to-fill, show rate, and quality-of-hire
- Implement performance management processes and frameworks to drive employee productivity and engagement
- Review and analyze data via reporting dashboard and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes
- Make data-driven recommendations to identify root cause, areas of opportunity or optimize hiring processes
- Ensure Talent Acquisition team members are well-trained and fully equipped in identifying and providing qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department leads to understand their talent needs and requirements
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment processes and priorities
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to support talent acquisition efforts
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
- Collaborate with other departments as needed
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and 2+ years of leadership or equivalent, preferably in the call center environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques and best practices
- Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive talent decisions
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment processes with organizational goals and priorities
- Proficient in using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Excellent communication and presentation, both verbal and written
