Muntinlupa - Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

This full-time position is based in Metro Manila, allowing you to contribute to our thriving local operations.

• Proactively sourcing, screening, and assessing qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the company
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Coordinating the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers
• Maintaining a robust pipeline of potential candidates and building strong relationships with them
• Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Staying up to date with the latest recruitment trends, best practices, and technologies
• Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative talent acquisition initiatives

• 3-5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proficiency in using recruitment-related tools and technologies
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
