Work Location:

Position: Medical Doctor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• This role is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple Medical and Clinical Operations functions, including the administration of broad operational activities which are not specific to one specialty area within the Medical & Clinical Operations framework.
• Provides strategic leadership and direction to managers and senior-level professionals, ensuring operational excellence and accountability across teams. The role has a significant impact on business unit performance, market operations, and overall organizational objectives.
• Leads end-to-end operational processes, develops functional and site-level strategies, and establishes production, workforce, and organizational priorities. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges that extend beyond individual teams. Decisions made in this role influence entire functions, business operations, and customer outcomes.
• Engages with members via telephone to discuss their health status and care needs. Reviews member service records and relevant documentation, including utilization history, functional status, risk stratification information, and current care plans. Conducts comprehensive assessments covering medical, psychosocial, functional, behavioral health, and support needs. Utilizes effective interviewing techniques, active listening, and critical thinking skills to gather, document, and evaluate member information, ensuring accurate assessments and appropriate care coordination.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Holds a valid and active PRC medical license
• Completed residency training and passed Board Exam Certification (Diplomate) in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Surgery, Psychiatry and Pulmonary.
• Open to onsite roles in Makati with a hybrid work setup
• Willing to work full-time and night shifts.
