Job Summary
The role ensures effective recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and implementation of HR policies while directly supporting management in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Manage employee records and 201 files
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and disciplinary cases
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Address employee relations concerns and conduct initial investigations
- Facilitate performance evaluation process
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
- Coordinate employee engagement and training initiatives
- Process government-mandated requirements and HR documentation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of solid HR generalist experience
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and HR processes
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
