Job Summary

The role ensures effective recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and implementation of HR policies while directly supporting management in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Manage employee records and 201 files
  • Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and disciplinary cases
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Address employee relations concerns and conduct initial investigations
  • Facilitate performance evaluation process
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation for management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
  • Coordinate employee engagement and training initiatives
  • Process government-mandated requirements and HR documentation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of solid HR generalist experience
  • Knowledgeable in labor laws and HR processes
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
