Medical Representative

Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date sales targets are consistently met or exceeded, demonstrating strong sales performance and goal achievement.
• Customer Relations: Deliver outstanding service and assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Business Development: Assess company performance and identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Business Management: Advocate for and execute BK programs to enhance organizational operations.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Facilitate and work collaboratively with various departments to support the successful implementation of programs.
• Administrative Duties: Ensure the timely and accurate submission of all required reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year in pharmaceutical sales but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proven track record in cultivating and sustaining strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
• Exceptional communicator with advanced presentation skills, adept at conveying complex medical information clearly and effectively.
• Highly organized and adept at time management, consistently working independently to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
