Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the telecommunications (TELCO) sector is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Delivery:

• Develop project implementation plans and ensure that the required Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded within the assigned area.

Execution & Quality Management:

• Efficiently manage project progress and ensure quality according to technical specifications.
• Conduct one-time quality checks on all technicians' installation and repair work.

Compliance & Standards Adherence:

• Monitor projects to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. Inspect completed work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards and specifications.

Team Management & Motivation:

• Effectively lead and motivate the technician team to drive performance. Hold regular meetings to discuss team productivity and performance, and communicate necessary improvements.

Coordination & Communication:

• Coordinate properly with core project teams to implement processes effectively and achieve project objectives.

Performance Evaluation & Development:

• Conduct monthly performance evaluations for the team and provide coaching, mentoring, and training as necessary.
