Food Branch Operations Manager
BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are looking for a Branch Operations Manager who can make every branch open properly, run properly, and stay within company standards.
This role is for someone who can manage people, branches, supplies, contractors, franchisees, and daily problems without losing control.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- ) Make sure new branches open on time and ready to sell.
- ) Check if permits, staff, equipment, supplies, signage, and store setup are complete before opening.
- ) Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, franchisees, branch staff, and management.
- ) Visit branches regularly and inspect the real condition on-site.
- ) Catch small problems before they become normal branch habits.
- ) Make sure branches are clean, complete, organized, and ready for customers.
- ) Check if staff are opening on time, cooking properly, displaying products, and selling until closing.
- ) Monitor sales, inventory, wastage, attendance, display, cash handling, and branch discipline.
- ) Compare reports versus actual branch condition.
- ) Fix delays, supply issues, staff problems, equipment concerns, and customer complaints fast.
- ) Make sure every branch follows the same standard every day.
- ) Report branch progress, problems, findings, and action plans clearly.
- ) Improve the way branches operate so they become easier to manage and more profitable.
- ) 2–3 years experience in branch operations, food operations, retail, franchise, store opening, or field management.
- ) Can handle many branches and many problems at the same time.
- ) Comfortable going to the field, not just staying in the office.
- ) Can talk clearly with staff, suppliers, contractors, franchisees, and management.
- ) Knows how to inspect, follow up, and make people accountable.
- ) Good with basic reports, Excel, Google Sheets, email, and messaging apps.
- ) Organized, reliable, fast-moving, and strong in follow-through.
- ) Has strong discipline, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
