Position: L&D Lead Barista & Training Supervisor - Bikes

Department: Learning & Development - Bikes

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To oversee and manage beverage production, inventory, and conduct training for new potential

barista candidates that will be designated to the Las Piñas Depot and future potential depot

locations for bikes.

To liaise with Rider Management and Rider Support in dispatching the designated number of

cups to be given to each rider.

To conduct quality assessment for all beverages, raw materials and ingredients used for

beverage production.

To be proactive in all R&D activities within the scope of Love Coffee.
To assist in product preparation for marketing shoots/campaigns.
