What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily plant operations and overall manufacturing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Direct achievement of production targets, including quality, safety, inventory accuracy, equipment efficiency, and other key metrics.
• Prepare and manage budgets, controlling costs to meet manufacturing profitability goals.
• Lead maintenance of plant facilities, production, and warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams, evaluating performance and addressing training needs.
• Drive plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring timely completion of efficiency and process improvement projects.
• Support new product launches, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain quality systems, and uphold company standards and core values.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Minimum 5 years senior manager/director level in a manufacturing plant operation and engineering; preferably in cosmetic, homecare or food industry
• Strong problem-solving skills, organizational and leadership capabilities
• Knowledge and experience in manufacturing systems (e.g. QMS, cGMP, PM, OSH, ISO, FDA, DENR, DOLE and all regulating bodies in the Philippines).
• Knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service, project management)
• Skilled in MS Office, understanding of ERP system
• Engineering graduate, preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering; graduate of any business management degree with minimum 5 years work experience as senior manager/director level in a manufacturing plant operations may be considered.
