Job Description

• Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting PVD materials to the rig/stitcher.
• Feed PVD strips into the mandrel and support machine operators during driving.
• Cut PVD strips at ground level after installation and secure the ends properly.
• Prepare and transport PVD coils and keep tools and materials organized.
• Keep tools and equipment used for stitching and cutting clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by removing obstacles and following safety procedures.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, material issues, or safety concerns to the Foreman promptly.
• Perform other duties as instructed in support of ground improvement and site operations.

• At least High School Level; TESDA short course or relevant training is an advantage.
• Experience in construction or ground improvement projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with PVD stitcher operation and cutter tasks is highly advantageous.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and working under hot or rainy conditions.
• Basic familiarity with tools and construction site practices.
• Team player with a positive and respectful attitude.
