Accounting Data Entry Specialist (Invoice Processing / Back Office)

Job description:

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of data entry experience (accounting or finance-related preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills (email and chat)
• Computer literate and proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and/or Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• A quick learning capacity of a product or service
• Strong work ethic and a self-starter attitude
• Able to work on US timezone crossover with PH timezone from Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Perform invoice data entry and data scrubbing with high accuracy
• Process and verify financial documents based on client requirements
• Maintain and update records in a timely and organized manner
• Assist in resolving discrepancies and ensure data consistency
• Support daily financial operations and reporting tasks
• Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
