We are seeking an experienced HR Admin Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing payroll processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all payroll documentation is complete and compliant.
- Assist with tax filings and reporting related to payroll.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure proper onboarding and offboarding processes are followed.
- Prepare payroll reports for management review.
- 2-5 years of experience in payroll administration or HR functions.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and tax regulations in Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with employees and management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
