Human resource supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to lead and support key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. • Supervise day-to-day HR operations and ensure alignment with company policies and labor laws.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate performance management systems and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to address workforce needs and strategic planning.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
