Mandarin Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations within a specific department or function, ensuring that staff are effectively managing tasks, meeting performance goals, and adhering to company standards. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations.The Operations Supervisor will also collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and troubleshoot any operational issues and with constant communication with the senior professionals in China, Taiwan and other Mandarin speaking counterpart and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance
- Foster a safe, productive, and positive work environment
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor equipment usage and schedule maintenance as needed.
- Monitor product or service quality.
- Prepare and present operational reports (KPIs, metrics, incidents).
- Make decisions that align with operational goals and company objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (required).
- Proven experience in fleet management, procurement, or cost control, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on financial data.
