We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing Commercial Real Estate Advisory firm. About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, strengthening relationships with landlords, developers, and corporate clients, and identifying new revenue opportunities across office, retail, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and close high-value commercial real estate transactions, including office, retail, and industrial mandates, ensuring strong revenue contribution to the firm
  • Proactively generate new accounts by identifying, targeting, and securing landlords, developers, institutional owners, and corporate occupiers
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Lead the full business development cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, deal structuring, and successful closing
  • Develop tailored advisory proposals backed by market intelligence, feasibility insights, and financial analysis
  • Identify off-market opportunities and strategic partnerships that can expand the firm’s portfolio and service offerings
  • Represent the firm in high-level negotiations, contract structuring, and final documentation processes
  • Collaborate closely with research, marketing, and transaction teams to deliver integrated and competitive advisory solutions
  • Monitor market movements, competitor activities, and emerging trends to position the firm strategically
  • Strengthen the firm’s brand presence through networking events, industry engagements, and executive-level relationship building
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives aimed at expanding market share and increasing overall firm revenue
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of proven experience in commercial real estate brokerage, advisory, or business development
  • Demonstrated track record of originating and closing high-value commercial real estate transactions
  • Strong existing network of landlords, developers, institutional investors, corporate occupiers, and key decision-makers
  • Proven ability to generate new accounts and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and deal-structuring skills
  • Executive presence with the ability to confidently engage C-level stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and market insight capabilities
  • Highly entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and client confidentiality
