The opportunity
BRINK'S PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an experienced ATM Technician to join our team in Novaliches Quezon City Metro Manila. As an ATM Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our network of automated teller machines, ensuring seamless operations and a reliable experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot ATM machines to identify and resolve issues
- Install, configure, and upgrade ATM hardware and software components
- Respond to and resolve customer service requests related to ATM functionality
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of ATM sites to ensure compliance with security and operational standards
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced ATM performance and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all ATM-related activities and incidents
- Provide training and support to other technicians and team members as needed
- 1-2 years of experience as an ATM Technician or in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of ATM hardware, software, and networking components
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and maintenance software
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24/7 ATM availability
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different ATM locations as needed
